C.J., a Partner of Edge Real Estate Group, LLC, has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years, primarily in retail and restaurant site selection, leasing, and development. C.J. is responsible for commercial site selection for numerous national and regional retailers and restaurants throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
C.J. is currently handling the roll-out of Ross Dress for Less in Southern and Central Ohio and Kentucky. He has previously orchestrated the market entries for such well-known brands as Raising Cane’s and Panda Express. Over the past seventeen years, C.J. has handled the Cincinnati, Dayton, Lexington and Louisville markets for T-Mobile, having completed fifty plus deals.
Prior to joining Edge, C.J. was a Vice President with Midland Retail. Previous experience includes work as a commercial real estate underwriter for a regional bank and a development associate for a residential land development company.
C.J. holds a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
