Rebecca Dragin is a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in retail real estate, leasing, asset management, and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Edge Real Estate Group, Rebecca spent 15 years with Schostak Brothers & Company, where she oversaw leasing and asset strategy for a large multi-state portfolio of shadow-anchored and grocery-anchored shopping centers.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has negotiated transactions with numerous national and regional retailers and has played a key role in portfolio merchandising, occupancy growth, and asset stabilization initiatives. She has extensive experience negotiating new lease transactions and renewals, cultivating relationships with retailers and brokers, and maximizing asset value for ownership groups and investors. Rebecca also works collaboratively across property management, construction, legal, accounting, and marketing teams to drive occupancy, property performance and long-term asset value.
Prior to Schostak Brothers & Company, Rebecca worked in asset management and brokerage services with CBRE, providing her with a broad foundation in corporate real estate services. She also held roles with US Properties Group, an owner and developer of community, grocery-anchored, and regional shopping centers.
At Edge Real Estate Group, Rebecca focuses on retail leasing, landlord and tenant representation, business development, and strategic market growth throughout Ohio and the Midwest.
Rebecca is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and regularly attends national and regional industry events. She is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio and resides in Columbus with her husband.
