Edge Real Estate Group’s, Zachary Schunn represented the owner of the former Gold Star Chili restaurant at SR 4 and Seward Road in Fairfield, OH. The building has been demolished to make way for a new 3,500 SF City Barbecue restaurant, now under construction with plans for a drive-thru and outdoor patio.

fast-casual barbeque restaurant founded in the Columbus area in 1999 serving beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey, chicken and other meats and sides.
