City Barbecue Under Construction in Fairfield, OH

Edge Real Estate Group’s, Zachary Schunn represented the owner of the former Gold Star Chili restaurant at SR 4 and Seward Road in Fairfield, OH. The building has been demolished to make way for a new 3,500 SF City Barbecue restaurant, now under construction with plans for a drive-thru and outdoor patio.

City Barbeque is a fast-casual barbeque restaurant founded in the Columbus area in 1999 serving beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey, chicken and other meats and sides.

Hotworx Opens Today

Schunn Brokered the Sale of the Springdale Site to Arby’s

In case you missed it, just to the south of the BIG Tri-County Mall re-development, Arby’s is working to re-enter the Springdale market! Construction is well under way. Edge Real Estate Group’s Zachary Schunn brokered the sale of the site to Arby’s, for the seller.

Romeo’s Pizza’s 1st location in the Market

Romeo’s Pizza is expanding into southwest Ohio with the opening at Greene Crossing,  4388 Indian Ripple Blvd., Beavercreek, OH; across from The Greene.

Zachary Schunn represented the landlord at Greene Crossing in the lease of 1,584 SF to Romeo’s Pizza.  Several other deals are in the works!  Ask for details on current availability.
