Edge’s brokerage client, Tim Hortons, will be opening a 2,009 SF restaurant with drive-through on Colerain Avenue across from Stone Creek Towne Center!
“It will be coffee wars on Colerain Avenue when Tim Hortons builds its new restaurant in the location formerly occupied by a Pizza Hut Restaurant on Colerain Avenue. Across the street from a Starbucks and a couple blocks north of Dunkin’ Donuts, Tim Horton’s will be a 2,009 square foot restaurant with a drive-through window. The Canadian chain features signature premium-blend coffee, plus light fare like pastries, panini and soup.“
