TJ Maxx and Five Below to open stores at Rivers Crossing Shopping Center in South Lebanon
TJ Maxx and Five Below recently consummated leases to locate new stores in the remaining in-line area between Kohl’s and Target at Rivers Crossing Shopping Center in South Lebanon, Ohio. Edge Real Estate Group represented the landlord in the negotiation of the deals. TJ Maxx and Five Below will be joining existing tenants such as PetSmart, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Sport Clips and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Construction is scheduled to begin in early August 2018.
